We are currently recruiting for an experienced Export Controller to join our team.
As an experienced Export Controller, you will have knowledge, and be able to demonstrate, you can fulfil the following duties:

Support operational sales on exporting of goods;

Assure compliance in export operations (classification of goods (commodity codes), origin, customs documents etc.) and ensure Right First Time (RFT) adherence.

Assure compliance in Free Trade Agreement areas, check the preferential treatment for exported products, issue of Supplier’s Declarations, etc.

Monitoring of customs regulations.

Collation of all Export documentation from start to finish.

Packing and despatch of goods, ensuring all parts are packed, in line with specific customer requirements.

Transport by land, sea & air, arranging and liaising with logistics professionals to ensure on time delivery in full (OTIF).

Filing of paperwork to keep all records up to date and fully traceable.

Providing commercial invoices to customs and logistics providers.
-
Stock checks / Stock reconciliation – i.e. items bagged, correct item in correct bins, in correct locations.
