


We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join the Supply Chain team.
Job Role & Responsibilities include:

To create and process purchase orders in Sage 200 ensure delivery dates are met;

To obtain best pricing quotations for items;
-
To issue forecasts to suppliers;
-
Research potential suppliers and ensure meet company standards;
-
Kanban Material Control;
-
Daily checks of MRP system.
Experience required for role:
-
Ideally qualified at CIPS Level 2 or 3 with a working knowledge of procurement processes such as MRP and Kanban
-
Proven experience in supply chain administration with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail

Competent planning and organising skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel
-
Experience of Sage 200 or other MRP systems is desirable

Good checking and numerical skills
-
The capability to work to very tight timelines
-
The ability to provide a first class customer service to internal colleagues
