KA Sensors are looking for an experienced part time Administration Assistant.
KA Sensors Ltd, part of the bf1systems Group, are a specialist sensor manufacturing company based in Grantham, Lincolnshire, England. We produce a wide range of sensors and have considerable expertise in supplying the motorsport and automotive testing industry.
KA Sensors has earned an international reputation for excellence and quality . We collaborate with clients on various projects and requirements to enable collection and analysis of data to aid performance across many sectors of motorsport from F1 to Superbikes. KA Sensors design and manufacture products in house to exacting standards and highest quality.
We now have a vacancy for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team to ideally work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
1. Be first point of contact for all calls, emails, and enquiries and direct to relevant departments.
2. Support customers with order information, acknowledgements, schedules and delivery information.
3. Process incoming orders raising acknowledgements, delivery, proformas and invoice documents.
4. Take credit card payments from customers.
5. Liaise with production on order schedule.
6. Organise deliveries including booking couriers, packing, and shipping parts to customers.
7. Support incoming goods and purchasing area as and when required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous proven experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Previous experience and a working knowledge of SAGE.
A desire to learn and progress your career.
Organised, efficient and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure.
