Warehouse Manager

Ideally you will be educated to ILM/CMI Level 3 in Team Leading and Management or equivalent. You will have proven experience of leading a small stores/goods in/warehouse team in a batch process manufacturing environment with a successful track record in implementing continuous improvement methods to simplify and streamline the warehouse/stores function.

You will be responsible for:

Leading the goods in and warehouse areas working closely with production management and teams to ensure they have the resources/materials they need on time and in full to meet production schedules and delivery to our customers;

To lead the continuous improvement project with the warehouse team including identifying improvements to physical layout, stock locations etc., using lean manufacturing techniques wherever possible;

To encourage and drive improved health and safety measures within the function.
