BERU f1systems' Diagnostic Tools ensure your TPMS gives accurate results, every time.

Mini Trigger
The BERU f1systems Mini Trigger allows convenient handheld testing of the Gen2 TPMS. The Mini Trigger transmits a low frequency 00k modulated signal which remotely triggers the wheel sensor under test to transmit a datagram.

Mini Analyser
The BERU f1systems Mini Analyser tests the Gen2 TPMS wheel electronics by receiving RF packet information and transmits LF codes on demand from both a specified and non-specified wheel electronic.

The Mini Analyser also integrates the functions of the BERU f1systems Mini Trigger while incorporating a visual display of received data. At a glance, the pressure, temperature, serial number and other data channels can be viewed enabling fast diagnostic of the system.

For users bypassing the automatic positioning system on their vehicle, position files can be downloaded via the RS232 port to either the TPMS ECU or TPMS software on the PC. For a small, light, portable and fast method of carrying out TPMS diagnostics, the BERU f1systems Mini Analyser provides the ideal tool for everyday testing and management.

TPMS hand held Analyser
The BERU f1systems TPMS Analyser is a portable hand-held device that enables the testing of all functions of the BERU Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) components. The integrated MQS or Modulo connector allows direct connection to the vehicle loom for antenna performance testing.

The programmable RF receiver inside the Analyser can be configured to allow passive or active antennas to be connected directly to the unit, this receiver (which is normally configured to constantly receive sensor datagrams of either 433 or 315Mhz) can also be used to simulate TPMS wheel sensors.

The internal Low Frequency (LF) circuitry permits the testing of LF Satellite Triggers and Gen 2 TPMS sensors, the Gen 2 sensor simulation mode identically emulating the responses to received LF commands as if it were a real sensor. All sensor parameters; pressure, temperature, operating mode etc can be individually adjusted and transmitted, alternatively one of 16 preset datagrams can be selected.

An internal 16-megabit internal Flash memory allows thousands of datagrams to be permanently stored for later analysis. The data being accessed by the RS232 interface, which is also used for firmware update. A Female SMA connector on the top of the unit is provided for connection to a ¼ wave whip antenna (supplied) or external diagnostic equipment.
