We currently have a 12 month assignment for an experienced Purchase Ledger / Accounts administrator to join our small but dynamic accounts team starting in November 2017.
The primary focus of the role is to ensure our purchase ledger is up to date and processed correctly.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have working experience of SAGE 200 or an equivalent accounts package and preferably AAT qualified.
You will be confident, have good interpersonal skills to ensure supplier and internal enquiries are dealt with professionally and accurately either by phone or email.
Your main duties will involve:
Checking nominal coding and processing of supplier invoices.
Preparation of supplier statement reconciliations.
Preparation of monthly supplier payment runs.
Posting of accurate cash book transactions.
