We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join the Supply Chain team.

Job Role & Responsibilities include:

 

  • To create and process purchase orders in Sage 200 ensure delivery dates are met;

  • To obtain best pricing quotations for items;

  • To issue forecasts to suppliers;

  • Research potential suppliers and ensure meet company standards;

  • Kanban Material Control;

  • Daily checks of MRP system.

Experience required for role:

  • Ideally qualified at CIPS Level 2 or 3 with a working knowledge of procurement processes such as MRP and Kanban

  • Proven experience in supply chain administration with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail

  • Competent planning and organising skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel

  • Experience of Sage 200 or other MRP systems is desirable

  • Good checking and numerical skills

  • The capability to work to very tight timelines

  • The ability to provide a first class customer service to internal colleagues
